A Guest Lecture was organized on the topic “Leadership and Motivation”, for the II year EEE and P.Tech students (140 members) on 13/06/2016 from 3.45 pm to 4.45 pm.

Jc. S.R.Arun, Executive Vice President, Jaycees Club of International, India was the Guest speaker

Program starts with prayer. Volunteer A.Arun Kumar II year EEE, welcome the gathering. Thiru. M.Nandakumar, Principal presided over the function. Jc. S.R.Arun, Executive Vice President, Jaycees Club of International, India was the Guest speaker. He motivated the volunteers by explaining many small stories. He described the achievements of King Karnan from Mahabharatham. Karnan was disappointed with Mother, Father, Master and God; even though Karnan performed wonderful character of Gifting. Now we are blessed with Mother, Father, Master and God, and we should not blame others or express inefficiency of our activities. Guest speaker also explained about Short term Goal, Long term Goals. Leadership qualities, First time failure is common, but second time failure should not be allowed in our activities. He blessed our students for their career and life achievement.
