• 55 staff members participated in the brainstorming session.
• The HOD’s spoke about the capabilities and expertise of their department in detail.
• The relevance of SWOT analysis in the strategic plan revision was pointed out.
• The report by various stake holders like Parents, Alumni, Teaching Staff, Non-Teaching Staff, Administrative Staff and current students based on the questionnaires given to them and the remedial measures to be taken was discussed in detail.
